Description

Recipients could apply for an initial grant of £300 and then another up to a maximum of £2,500. Young people were invited to come up with ideas to improve their community and apply for a grant which, if approved was paid to a QPay branded prepaid card. Funds were provided by O2 who ran the project via the National Youth Agency.
